Work Experience:

Robert started his career in Dallas as a territory sales manager for Cameron Ashley Building Products, before being recruited for outside sales by Hisco Austin in 2022. Over the past four years, Robert has consistently achieved strong year over year sales and gross profit growth in his Austin/San Antonio territory. Most recently, in 2025, Robert managed the highest revenue territory of any Hisco sales rep in the United States, and the highest gross profit territory in North America generating just shy of 18 million dollars in sales. He maintains strong relationships with his former account base, including Flex, Schaeffler Group, EControls, GAF Energy, and BAE Systems.
